Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions and a pathway to 100% commission-based pay after 30 days.

Total annual compensation is estimated at $50,000–$150,000 with additional benefits for eligible associates. You will lead customer interactions, conduct RV demonstrations, and work with F&I and Management to close sales while maintaining high integrity and a positive customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
