Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote sales of new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and work with F&I and management to close deals. The compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate plus commissions, with a total annual range of $50,000 to $150,000.

Benefits and growth opportunities are offered. Starting with guaranteed base pay, you can choose to stay with base plus flat commissions or move to a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine or powersports.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
