Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related) preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
