Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

Starting out, you’ll enjoy a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV or related industries.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-throughs.
• Close sales with the F&I and Sales Management team.
• Maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
