Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money.

You’ll start with a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes, with total compensation typically ranging from $50,000 to $150,000. After onboarding you may choose to stay on the current plan with commissions or switch to 100% commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by coordinating with Finance & Insurance and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
