Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.

Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! Note: No soft packs on commissions; minimum commissions/flat applies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience in RV or related industries preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
