Join to apply for the RV Sales Associate role at Camping World.

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We invest in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Compensation

This position is 100% commission-based, with an estimated annual range of $50,000 - $150,000+.

In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate plus commissions. In other states, minimum compensation is at least $12.25/hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
