Forest River by Camping World in Piqua, OH, is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by being a subject matter expert of inventory, assisting customers, and partnering with the dealership team. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a work-hard/play-hard mentality, and a competitive nature to have fun and make money!

We believe investing in your success is important. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
• Follow up and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Compensation & Benefits

This position is 100% commission-based. The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to over $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate is provided in addition to variable compensation. In other states, minimum compensation is at least $12.25/hour or the applicable state minimum wage.
