Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon’s southern coast is seeking an RV Park Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage registration, space assignments, and guest services. The role focuses on accurate billing, smooth arrivals, and thoughtful assistance to ensure guests feel cared for and eager to return.

You will work in a busy hospitality environment, maintaining a safe, clean space while coordinating with the team to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or outdoor recreation is desirable.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and guest management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign RV spaces.
• Manage guest accounts and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, inviting registration area.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests about the RV Park and casino.
• Provide support to team and handle opening/closing duties.
