Job summary

Sun Outdoors Naples is seeking an experienced RV Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, and guest relations at our Naples, FL resort. You will supervise site staff, manage leases and home sales, and coordinate maintenance and budgeting.

The role requires strong customer service, negotiation, and knowledge of fair housing and basic accounting. On-site living may be available; housing provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in property management/resort experience, incl. 2 years supervisory.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing and employment law.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests and residents receive top service per Sun's standards.
• Handle resident and guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage rent collection: posting, deposits, and collections.
• Oversee delinquencies and eviction processes per policy.
• Review residency applications and approve/deny.
• Ensure safety policies and report accidents.
• Balance RV income nightly and sign deposits.
• Market models and homes; prepare listings.
• Coordinate site prep for home move-ins.
• Assist RVP with marketing strategy and annual budget.
