Job summary

Island Oaks RV Camping Resort seeks a seasoned Director of Operations to lead all resort operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement, and financial performance.

You will oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Recreation, and more, ensuring standards, safety, and profitability while maintaining a visible, guest-focused presence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Resort Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading multiple resort departments and teams.
• Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all resort departments and daily business functions.
• Directly oversee and support department leaders across Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Grounds, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Events, Retail Operations, and Security.
• Ensure departments operate efficiently, collaboratively, and aligned with goals.
• Establish operating procedures, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Lead weekly operational meetings to ensure communication and accountability.
