Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Director for a dynamic 55+ RV Resort. This role focuses on engaging residents, planning events, and building a welcoming community in a fast-paced resort environment.

The Activities Director will plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse calendar of recreational and social activities, manage budgets, coordinate staff, and collaborate with resort management to deliver high-quality programming and memorable resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or equivalent training.
• Experience in recreation, activities, hospitality, or event planning preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement a full calendar of recreational, social, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Coordinate special events, concerts, themed parties, and holidays.
• Develop and manage the activities budget and track expenses.
