Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center, a family-owned business since 1971, seeks a Rental Coordinator to guide customers from inquiry to return. You will coordinate with Rental, Service, Detail, and Store teams to ensure rentals are prepared, organized, and delivered as promised.

You’ll help customers select RVs, provide quotes, manage agreements, deposits, and schedules using company systems. Team collaboration and a proactive, service-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the right RV, answer questions, provide quotes, and secure reservations.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, deposits, schedules, customer records, and follow-up using company systems.
• Coordinate with Rental, Service, and Detail teams to prep RVs for departures.
• Guide customers through departures, walkthroughs, returns, and inquiries.
• Address concerns, damages, breakdowns, and escalate when needed.
• Identify and pursue new rental opportunities to grow reservations.
• Keep the rental operation organized and communicate priorities clearly.
