Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is hiring a full-time Orientation Specialist to bridge sales and service and ensure customers have a fun, educational buying experience. You will help customers understand RV operation, suggest products to enhance camping, and support parts sales with integrity.

The role requires strong people skills, patience for learners, and basic RV knowledge; training is provided. Working Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays, indoors and outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

• Must be a people-person who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Patience and empathy for beginners and learners.
• Knowledgeable in RV systems, equipment, and operation; training provided.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between sales and service, ensuring a fun and educational RV buying experience.
• Educate customers on RV features and proper usage.
• Assist with parts sales and introduce customers to service options.
• Build relationships with customers with honesty and product knowledge.
