Campers Inn RV in Raynham, MA is seeking a Parts Manager to run a profitable and efficient parts department. This full-time role reports to the Service Manager and oversees parts inventory, budgeting, and staff performance.

You will ensure timely turnaround of parts for internal jobs, maintain pricing policies, and uphold dealership guidelines. Candidates should have at least five years in automotive parts, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Motility Systems2K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Five years of experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Some sales experience is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
• Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge or ability to learn Motility Systems2K and other applicable software.
• Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports.
• Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
• Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees
• Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
• Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
