Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Parts Associate to deliver world-class customer service and ensure the correct parts and accessories are in stock. The role involves assisting technicians, managing inventory, and helping customers with automotive or RV parts.

The position emphasizes learning our parts system and providing product knowledge while supporting sales staff and maintaining accuracy in counts and stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Experience in automotive or RV service preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
