Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Milford Inc in Milford, MA is seeking a Service and Parts Advisor. This full-time role involves working with customers to schedule service, relay recommended repairs, and ensure parts and accessories are in stock.

You will support the sales team, verify warranty coverage, and prepare repair orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Must have high school diploma and strong communication; RV service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Responsibilities

• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms.
• Assist Sales Staff in providing accessories.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles.
• Prepares repair orders (RO) and dispatches incoming parts to technicians.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed.
