Applebrook Homes is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of our RV Park, ensuring compliance with policies, managing staff, and delivering excellent guest service. The role includes budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with Home Office on standards.

Flexibility with hours and weekends may be required, with a focus on occupancy, safety, and customer satisfaction across the park.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asset or Property Management.
• RV Park Management experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the RV Park including property, staff, buildings, and incidents.
• Ensure 100% compliance to company Home Office standards around well-maintained properties.
• Manage an established property budget and capital allocation.
• Enforce park rules/regulations and promote positive guest relations.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on a weekly basis.
• Attract new customers and guests through marketing and social media.
