Viejas Casino & Resort RV Park seeks a friendly RV Park Associate to assist guests across the front desk, park facilities and the general store. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, process payments, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable stay.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication. You’ll use the park management system, balance cash, and support daily operations while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of cash handling experience.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of property management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about the RV Park.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits through friendly, efficient service.
• Register guests in the park system and handle payments per procedures.
• Operate cash register, balance cash drawer, and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and price calculations; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
