KOA campground in Arlington, TX is seeking a full-time front desk associate. You will handle guest check-ins, registrations, and store sales with a focus on friendly service and proper uniform standards.

The role requires fluent English, strong customer service, and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with duties including cash handling and assisting guests with local attractions and KOA promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English required.
• Experience with cash registers and computer systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service by phone and in person.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and proper KOA uniform.
• Handle guest issues with respectful listening and empathy.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, sales and refunds.
• Operate cash register and front desk equipment accurately.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning schedules for front office and store.
• Promote local attractions and KOA programs to guests.
• Other duties may be assigned, including maintenance or housekeeping.
