The role emphasizes clear communication, confidentiality, and familiarity with RVs and roadside assistance. You will handle enrollment, renewals, and frontline technical support to keep customers moving forward.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers about the benefits of our programs, assisting with requests for covered benefits, and enrollment.
• Directing customers to the department that can best assist them.
• Front-ending technical assistance calls.
• Assisting with enrollment or renewals.
