The ideal candidate offers 1-2 years of claim handling experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications. Bilingual applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of claim handling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• 3-5 years claim handling experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for RV use.
• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and improve organizational skills.
• Manage a high call volume with effective communication and customer service.
