Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an RV Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality phone support to RV owners.

This full-time role requires strong problem-solving and empathetic communication to guide customers through troubleshooting RV systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and chassis components. Ideal candidates will bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with RV brands and models, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Preferred ASE/RVTI/MFG certified or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience in the automotive or RV industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers with clear, empathetic support.
• Make outbound calls to customers in queue, service facilities, and other departments.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in systems.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting RV operational issues.
• Explain program coverage and answer questions clearly.
