Brown & Brown Insurance seeks an RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor to join our Bloomington office. You will handle claims from intake to resolution, providing technical RV assistance and ensuring accurate eligibility determinations.

The ideal candidate offers 1-2 years of claim handling experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications. Bilingual applicants are preferred.

Brown & Brown is seeking an RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor to join our growing team in Bloomington, MN!

The RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor is responsible for evaluating customer issues from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.

How You Will Contribute:

• Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for issues related to the use of the members recreational vehicle.

• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility

• Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills.

• Manages a high call volume with exception communication and customer service skills

• Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.

• Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

• Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience

• Excellent have written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (Preferred)

• Bilingual (Preferred)

Pay Range

$20.00 - $30.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
