Bretz RV & Marine in Minnesota is seeking a motivated sales professional to promote and sell new and used RVs and boats, build strong customer relationships, and manage a robust pipeline. You will work with the Sales Manager and Finance & Insurance teams to close deals and drive profitability.

The role offers a 4-month training period with a $4,000 monthly guarantee, commissions on gross profit, and strong earning potential ($75,000–$150,000+).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college level education is a plus.
• 2+ years of sales experience in RV, automotive, or related industries.
• Professional appearance, enthusiastic attitude, and strong communication; basic computer skills for inventory/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines to achieve targets.
• Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Close sales with Sales Manager and Finance & Insurance team.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and understand industry trends.
• Maintain knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
• Attend sales training events and other duties as assigned.
