Bretz RV & Marine in Missoula, MT seeks an energetic RV sales associate to deliver a top-notch buying experience for new and used units. You will build relationships, prospect within the Montana market, and collaborate with our finance team to close deals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professional presentation, and knowledge of RV products. Full-time schedule with weekend availability is required.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive or related industries or transferable fields.
• Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor.
• Enthusiastic and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Prospect within defined territory to increase sales and profit.
• Create customer-specific proposals based on detailed needs analysis.
• Close sales with Finance & Insurance team.
• Maintain knowledge of used equipment values and financing options.
