In this role, you will sell new and used RVs, build relationships, manage a strong pipeline, and work with the Sales Manager and Finance & Insurance to close deals. We support your development with training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education is a plus.
• Ideal prior experience: 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive, TV/cellphone, real estate, or home industries.
• Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines; maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to meet targets.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability through territorial prospection.
• Close sales with Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance teams.
• Conduct market research for competitive comparisons within the area.
• Maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain sales data for all customers in the territory; manage assigned company vehicles.
• Conduct new equipment demonstrations and stay updated on product values and financing options.
• Attend sales trainings and events; perform other duties as needed.
