Job summary

Camping World in New Hampshire is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, and document all work.

You will lift, install and track parts, ensure quality, and keep a clean, safe workspace. A trade school certification helps; at least 1 year experience preferred; tools must be brought; RVIA cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but we also consider applicable work experience.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
