Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems, generators, and coach components. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work with attention to detail and self-motivation.

We value flexibility and offer pathways to RVIA certification. The role involves documenting tests, tracking parts, and ensuring work meets quality standards while maintaining a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but applicable work experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
