Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components. The role emphasizes attention to detail and self-motivation in a hands-on environment.

Qualified candidates may have HVAC, electrical, plumbing or mechanical experience; Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. Tools and PPE are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs.
• Experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems is valued.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required; certification paid for by Camping World.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
