Optimum RV LLC is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead financing and insurance services for customers at our Mims, Florida location. You will present financing options, secure approvals, and coordinate with lenders to streamline the sales process.

The ideal candidate has automotive or RV finance experience, knowledge of regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with lenders. Pay potential up to $150,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive or RV sales.
Knowledge of federal and state financing and insurance regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financing and insurance for customers.
Present financing options and secure lender approvals.
Prepare and review all finance documents for accuracy and compliance.
Explain financing terms, warranty programs, and insurance options to customers.
Collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth process.
Maximize profitability by promoting extended service contracts and other F&I products.
Maintain lender relationships and stay updated on industry changes.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
