Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in finance preferred.
• One year experience in F&I.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures as well as compliance practices.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance, including explanations of products.
• Seek new lending institutions and maintain relationships for competitive rates.
• Process financing deals and secure approvals through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for RV finance.
• Collaborate with sales to refer new sales to the F&I department.
• Train and provide the sales team with finance program information.
