Job summary

General RV Center, founded in 1962, is the Nation’s Largest Family-Owned RV Dealer with 13 Supercenters nationwide. We’re seeking a Finance (F&I) Manager to drive financing, offer protection products, and partner with sales to move deals through the purchase process.

You will manage loan origination, maintain reporting, and work with lenders to close transactions promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in RV, Automotive or Powersports preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to overcome sales objections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish.
• Present financial products such as service contracts, protection plans, GAP, credit insurance.
• Partner with sales management to move deals through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.
• Finalize financial transactions quickly while ensuring compliance.
• Establish and maintain relations with customers and lending partners.
• Provide finance options and prepare all required paperwork.
