Job summary

Johnson RV in Sandy is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to own the delivery process for RVs, ensuring units are clean, fully functional, and ready for pickup. You will manage the delivery calendar, coordinate with the service team, lead walkthroughs, and help customers understand setup and accessories.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and techSavvy friendliness, with training provided and opportunities to engage customers across sales, service, and aftermarket support.

Qualifications

• You're organized and take ownership of delivery timelines.
• You are comfortable with computers and can learn software quickly.
• You explain how things work and stay calm when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sandy delivery calendar, typically 40–60 deliveries a month.
• Call buyers after sale to review installations and preparations before pickup.
• Coordinate daily with the service shop to complete prep, repairs and installs on time.
• Ensure units are staged, tested, and clean the night before delivery.
• Perform a final quality walk with the work order in hand before delivery.
• Lead and support walkthroughs with customers as needed.
• Show customers features and setup guidance for RV accessories and systems.
• Introduce customers to their service advisor for follow-up support.
• Handle delivery-day issues on the spot and determine remediation.
• Maintain records in DriveCentric and IDS CRM systems.
