Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred.
• One year of RV dealership experience or RV owner is highly preferred; 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have intermediate computer skills and strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn company systems (e.g., Motility Systems2K).
• Ability to sit or bend for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessories.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
• Greet, educate and sell RV products to customers.
• Schedule appointments with designated staff.
• Coordinate readiness of the unit.
• Serve as the point of contact between staff and customer.
• Demonstrate features and proper use of the vehicle and connect Bluetooth as needed.
• Ensure the customer is informed of unit status and delivery readiness.
• May cross-train to perform other duties (Service Writer, Cashier).
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
