Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Delivery Specialist who will hand over RVs to customers, perform pre-delivery checks, and provide thorough orientations on operation and maintenance. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot customer questions on-site.

You will coordinate delivery schedules, assist customers in understanding RV features, and collaborate with the service department to resolve issues while ensuring a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Requires solid customer-service background and ability to educate customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and remote support.
• Experience with RV systems, safe towing procedures, and travel readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RVs to customers and provide comprehensive orientations on vehicle features.
• Address questions and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handover.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure timely delivery at designated locations.
• Walk customers through RV operations: HVAC, appliances, electrical, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate RV features and provide hands-on training for user confidence.
• Complete delivery documentation promptly and accurately.
• Act as point of contact post-delivery for ongoing support and issue resolution.
