Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with designated staff.
• Coordinate readiness of the RV unit for delivery.
• Serve as the point of contact between staff and customer.
• Demonstrate features and proper use of the vehicle to customers.
• Ensure the customer is aware of the status of the unit and delivery day readiness.
• May cross-train to perform other duties such as Service Writer or Cashier.
