Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Seffner, FL is seeking a Retail Parts Specialist to deliver world class customer service and ensure the correct parts and accessories are in stock for RV customers. You will dispatch parts to technicians, take daily cycle counts, track obsolete parts, and assist sales with accessories in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; RV/auto parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or RV parts is preferred.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track Obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take advantage of all Parts training.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
