Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Seffner, FL is seeking a Retail Parts Specialist to deliver world-class customer service and ensure the right parts are in stock.

You will dispatch parts to technicians, manage inventory counts, assist sales with accessories, and learn our Motility Systems2K software; strong communication and independent work ethic preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License & Certifications: Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive or RV service is preferred.
• Abilities: Strong motivational skills, excellent customer service, basic computer skills, professional communication, ability to learn company system applications (e.g., Motility Systems2K), and physical ability to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track Obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take advantage of all Parts training.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
