Responsibilities

Execute and engage in the sales process with clients and prospects.
Facilitate weekly and monthly open houses and provide a recap to Regional Manager.
Document client information in Salesforce.
Maintain updates in the system daily.
Work with Regional Sales Manager on customer requests and issues.
Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a retail-ready environment.
Keep a professional sales office and ensure models are open during business hours.
Submit weekly reports on Community, Model, and Spec Home inspections.
Engage clients immediately upon entering the sales office.
Document and file all client communications.
Demonstrate Five Star Customer Service consistently.
