1Password is seeking an Intermediate Developer on our Everyday Experience team to own Rust-based components and work across product, design, security and infrastructure. You will contribute to reliable, secure experiences for customers in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role supports both the US and Canada, with base salary ranges and equity. We value pragmatic judgment, high-quality testing, and the thoughtful application of AI-enabled development.

Qualifications

• Experienced developer with strong Rust knowledge.
• Ability to own complex systems end-to-end from design to delivery.
• Comfortable across product surfaces, backend services, CI/CD, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rust-based components across core product surfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate development, testing, and debugging.
• Review proposals and contribute to RFCs/RFDs with pragmatic tradeoffs.
