Feedinkoo is seeking a Senior Developer to lead technical partnerships and integrations across third-party platforms. You will architect and build solutions enabling seamless connections with major partners and guide projects from concept to delivery.

You will mentor teammates, drive design decisions, and stay ahead of industry trends to improve performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability of our technologies. This is a remote position across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

Senior Developer – Technical Partnerships

Reporting to the Channels engineering team, the Senior Developer will lead high‑impact initiatives that drive the strategic vision of our technical partnerships. You’ll architect and build solutions to enable seamless third‑party integrations, collaborate closely with Product, Design, and external partners, and guide projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing and debugging of production software systems for new and existing product features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to understand product requirements and align technical decisions with project goals.
• Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, leading training sessions, and empowering them to work more independently.
• Lead discussions to ensure that technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood; proactively identify potential technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Lead planning and align goals with the broader project objectives; own task distribution, provide estimates on effort, and ensure work is completed on time.
• Drive technical design, specifications, and implementation of improvements to performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability of our technologies.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop effective testing strategies, address issues, and ensure delivery of high‑quality products.
• Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in development, and advocate for their integration.
• Build new test infrastructures to help other developers build comprehensive tests more effectively.
• Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices; provide feedback and help team members improve.
• Generate and review documentation on code processes to ensure scalability.
• Be available for on‑call rotational work to ensure uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies.
• Design and implement technical integrations that allow our customers to connect seamlessly with 1Password and their favorite software.
• Join partner calls to architect and troubleshoot integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Passion for and strong experience in software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Energized by solving complex problems with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenges and propose effective, innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated by working effectively with teams and conveying technical concepts to non‑technical partners.
• Proven experience in implementing testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high‑quality code.
• Continuous learning mindset, sharing knowledge, and mentoring developers through pair programming, feedback on technical designs, merge requests, and other areas.
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Rust, JavaScript, Go, or related languages, or the demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.

Remote Work

This is a remote opportunity available within Canada and the US. While we are a remote‑first company, in‑person engagement is expected as needed based on role responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

USA‑based roles only: The annual base salary ranges between $156,000 USD and $210,000 USD, plus participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k, paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs).

Canada‑based roles only: The annual base salary ranges between $143,000 CAD and $193,000 CAD, plus participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs).
