Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and improvement of ROTA training curricula, webinars, e-learning modules, and blended learning courses.
• Manages ROTA educational content and functionality on the online learning platform and repository.
• Oversees ROTA certification programs and processes for trainer preparation and fidelity monitoring.
• Develops and oversees ROTA technical assistance for participants and rural organizations.
• Reviews participant data and evaluations to guide curriculum and training improvements.
• Provides learning and development expertise for other Stoops CFC Center programs and special initiatives.
