Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience scheduling events and coordinating with departments.
• Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person.
• 2+ years in higher education or technology setting preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between campuses.
• Occasional night and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for online learning training sessions on all campuses.
• Deliver basic training on LMS and related tools.
• Provide data and reports to instructional designers and LMS admins.
• Act as the primary liaison for online learning training coordination.
• Analyze training data and feedback to inform priorities.
• Create and maintain training materials and guides.
• Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor LMS issues during sessions.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
