Job summary

Delineate is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a Rural Health Transformation initiative in Indianapolis. You will help coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with clients, government partners, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Experience coordinating meetings, documenting discussions, tracking action items, and following through on commitments.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple workstreams and calendars.
• Manage schedules, meetings, site visits, and stakeholder interviews.
• Track actions, deliverables, decisions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document meetings and decisions with clear notes and action items.
• Proactively follow up to keep commitments moving forward.
• Maintain organized project records and version-controlled materials.
• Draft and coordinate emails, status updates, and meeting materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement with clients, government partners, and subject matter experts.
• Assist with organizing, formatting, and finalizing presentations and reports.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or missing information and elevate risks.
• Support the broader team as project priorities evolve.
