Job summary

Delineate is seeking a Business Analyst to support a Rural Health Transformation initiative in Indianapolis. You will gather information, interview stakeholders, and translate complex problems into structured, client-facing deliverables including presentations and reports.

You will synthesize findings, analyze processes, and develop actionable recommendations while collaborating with project leaders, researchers, and clinicians in a fast-paced government-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, health administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in business analysis or allied roles.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information into clear findings and recommendations.
• Experience conducting research and quickly learning unfamiliar subject matter.
• Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, reports, assessments, or client-facing deliverables.
• Strong professional writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and create structure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and experts.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex business problems with clients and project leaders.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback from interviews and documents.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions; document findings.
• Conduct targeted research on policies, regulations, and programs.
• Analyze processes, requirements, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn information into insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
• Develop client-facing PowerPoint presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Create high-quality deliverables: reports, assessments, and summaries.
• Support assessment methodologies, data collection, and scoring frameworks.
• Identify gaps and unanswered questions and determine additional research needed.
• Collaborate across disciplines to connect information across workstreams.
• Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented before clients.
