Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a dedicated project coordinator in Providence, RI to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and prepare status reports while coordinating across tribal leadership, community partners, and government agencies as needed.

The role requires independence, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to facilitate meetings and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing status reports.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across RHTP-funded projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and barriers, and coordinate resolution of project issues.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with Tribal leadership, EOHHS, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Track project deliverables, documentation, performance measures, and implementation activities.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and project documentation.
• Coordinate technical assistance and connect project teams with appropriate RHTP resources.
• Support community engagement activities and incorporate Tribal perspectives into project implementation.
• Assist with procurement, contracting, and administrative coordination as needed.
