This role focuses on behavioral health initiatives, including CCBHC transformation, workforce development, and information technology modernization, while serving as a liaison among leadership, partners, and providers to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• Eight years of program management, project coordination, or related experience.
• Five years of experience in healthcare, preferably behavioral and/or community health.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Certified Community Behavioral Health system of care and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Information Systems Modernization.
• Ability to analyze program outcomes and use data to support decision‑making.
• Ability to manage grant‑related budgets and expenditures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of self‑directedness and initiation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GO NORTH grant‑funded projects and initiatives.
• Oversee program outcomes and compliance.
• Provide high‑level project management to meet Federal timelines.
• Serve as a liaison among MFS leadership, community partners, and other healthcare providers.
• Advance innovative approaches to improve access, quality, and outcomes for behavioral health services in the Monadnock Region.
