Job summary

The University of New Hampshire is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Governor’s Health Awards Program and Rural Health Transformation efforts in Durham. Qualifications

  • Two years of administrative, program coordination, or related experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, public health, or community programs is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license; occasional travel to rural partner sites may be required.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a complex project environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for GHAP Core activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Serve as a primary contact for rural healthcare partners and program collaborators; support onboarding and information flow.
  • Manage data collection, attendance, and outcome measures; prepare reports for leadership and funders.
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff; assist with travel, procurement, and budget tracking.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to broader Rural Health Transformation planning.
