Job summary

White Mountains Community College is seeking a Rural Health Transformation Regional Developer for the Northern Region. The role focuses on building a regional rural healthcare hub, developing partnerships with rural hospitals, long-term care, behavioral health providers, community health centers, and CCSNH colleges.

You will coordinate workforce strategies, training pipelines, and work-based learning models across healthcare and education systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in public health, healthcare administration, education, business, or related field.
At least 3 years in healthcare, workforce development, or community outreach with partnership experience.
Experience with grant-funded programs and performance tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Outreach, partnership development, and program coordination for Rural Healthcare Transformation.
Develop and sustain regional partnerships with hospitals, long-term care, public health, and CCSNH colleges.
Coordinate workforce strategies, training pipelines, and work-based learning models.
Provide technical assistance to employers and partners to design workforce solutions for rural settings.
Engage employers to address housing, transportation, childcare, and burnout barriers.
Collaborate with High School Healthcare Pathways Developers and education partners to strengthen pipelines.
Align programming with licensing requirements and credential pathways; track performance data.
